One Stop Cares Inc. (One Stop Housing LLC)

Venice Avenue Apartments is a 135-unit project from One Stop Cares, Inc.

The buildings are designed with hometown heroes in mind, providing affordable housing to employees of the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office, firefighters, Sarasota County School District staff and nurses and caretakers serving local hospitals and medical facilities.
