A. Presentation on the Resilient SRQ Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds for 2024 storms Debby, Helene, and Milton;

B. To adopt a resolution, delegating authority to the County Administrator or designee to take all actions necessary to manage, administer, allocate, and expend Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds and manage and administer the programs related thereto; and authorizing acceptance of electronic signatures for Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery applications, agreements, and related program documents;

C. To adopt a resolution, Budget Amendment No. B2025-025, amending the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget to appropriate funding for the 2024 storms CDBG-DR allocation, in the amount of $210,094,000.00.
