Family Promise of South Sarasota County Inc.

Parkside Villages is a 10-unit, 100% affordable housing project from Family Promise of South Sarasota County, Inc.

Consisting of five duplex buildings, the development is designed to be storm-strong and energy-efficient. Family Promise aims to work with residents to help them obtain financial stability so that they can one day move into market-rate homes.

✅ Step 3: Authority to use grant funds received from HUD
