​Infrastructure and Public Facilities and
Dredging of Major Waterways Programs

Funds will support creation of up to 20 acre-feet of floodplain mitigation and infrastructure improvements by utilizing county-owned parcel and acquiring an additional 4.91 acres of land off Bahia Street, between Honore Avenue and Cattlemen Road. The project will include development of large retention ponds and reduce the 100 year, 24-hour floodplain over an approximate half-mile radius.
